Slaves in northcarolina were different from back then. it wasnt as bad as it was more down south.the slaves trade was kinda of different from the ways in south carolina. in south carolina it was much morst.in 1800s their were arouynd 140000 blacks in north carolina, and only a small portion of them was free.slaves came in from europe,africa and south america. some were kidnapped and brought to northcarolina to be sold as slaves some cost more than others. they were beat if they stopped doin or even kiolled if they tryed to run away.slavery in north carolina ended some where betwenn 1502 and 1888.
